I'm sorry to report that I won't be able to race at Cadwell. I had a test session at Mallory this week and managed to loose all the oil and snap a con rod and bust the block!
I was looking forward to racing again at Cadwell with suspension parts intact but it is not to be. I hope the entry numbers increase because we want to be invited back next year.
See you at Donington.

I must admit I was surprised to see such a low turn out for the formula at what is one of the best tracks?

I am afraid that we will not have a working car in time for Cadwell, but will be at Donnington. Olly has finished university and started work and our re-design and re-building work has been slower than we wanted. A shame as I really wanted us to be at Cadwell.

Hi all I can report that the car is ready to race the problem is with me, I have damaged my right knee and find it hard to sit and drive as the leg locks up. I have had a MRI scan last week so I should find out the problem soon.

Cheers Tony

Sorry not able to be with you. The choice was a free week all expenses paid - flights meals villa etc. in tuscany or Cadwell - bit of a no brainer sorry. Then Jackie persuaded me to go to Italy!

Sorry, Guys & Gals.
Much to both our dismay, Mick's back has decided that it isn't going to play ball, despite an emergency trip to the osteopath yesterday/Voltarol/Epsom Salts etc etc.
My car is uncomfortable for him anyway, & Cadwell can be more brutal than most circuits, but mostly it's the 3-4hour sitting in the van each way he can't do, so it's no use even getting the seat changed for me to drive. We're gutted....been looking forward to it all year & I so wanted to see how my car really flies the Mountain!
Take care all of you & stay on the black stuff. He'll come & give you some grief at Donington & Oulton, hopefully

I might be on for my first podium finish at this rate!

Mark, Bill, Peter, are you all feeling ok? Sure throat? Sniffle? Take it easy for the weekend. You know how wet it can be at Cadwell ;)
