Merry Christmas

Postby Martin Kemp » Thu Dec 24, 2020 7:26 pm

Barbara and I are sitting by a roaring fire in our old ramshackle house on Christmas eve for the 50th time, but for the first time since 1973 we are on our own.
Our parents have gone, our siblings elsewhere and children and grand children unable to visit because of tier 4 restrictions. Nonetheless we can only reflect on how fortunate we have been so far and hope that those of you who have had a harder time this year can hold it all together and work through the dark winter ahead to a better spring.

Merry Christmas to you all and above all a Happy New Year,

Martin

Good Morning and Merry Christmas to you all.

A perfect opportunity to stay safe and hide away in the garage from everyone. Heres looking to a brighter 2021.

And a Happy New Year to everyone!

We're also sat by the fire in the evenings, watching countless old movies & counting our blessings. We have missed all of you & all our friends this year, but to date, we have stayed isolated & safe (touch wood) when literally all around us are laid up unwell.

April 4th looms ever closer. We just hope this new round if infection doesn't continue in the same vein as the first bout & that we'll all see each other again soon.

Stay safe & well everyone.

Chin chin!
