No, not that one....your DVLA plastic one, if you're not still on a paper one.

Went to "verify" myself during the week & found that my plastic driving licence "expired" in July this year. Forgot all about the fact that they last for 10 years. Had no letter/reminder from DVLA, as their website says it would do. Apparently you are still legal to drive, but probably not in the eyes of your insurers/officialdom etc. Good job we haven't been driving anywhere!

Look at the date at 4b on the front of the licence.

Found a Post Office nearby with the necessary official booth & all sorted & the new one arrived couple of days later. THEN, when talking to a customer who had exactly the same thing happen, I find that because of Covid all expired licences this year (Feb to now apparently) have been automatically extended for 11 months. Thanks DVLA...you didn't tell me about that either!

Just looked at mine, and it expired 4 days ago!!
I didn't know about the 11 months extension. Great communication DVLA.
