Licences.............

Ok...who's renewed their licence?

Do we need a National @ £155 or a Clubmans @ £99. Looks like to renew online you cannot downgrade, although you can do it by post, & it seems that if you were Nat A last year it's replaced by National, as it says on our renewals. If you were Nat B last year, I presume the paperwork says to renew as a Clubmans??

We're happy to "downgrade" to Clubmans as all we want to do is to race in UK! Anyone else gone the Clubmans route?

So it looks like Nat B is now Clubmans? Think we'll go that route then! Ta

Something interesting on the increasing cost of motorsport licenses for you all:

License holders 2005: 34,114 (2019: 30,100)

Staff costs 2005: 1,574,518 (2018: 2,757,852)

Governance Income 2005: 3,516,666 (2018: 6,349,733)

MSUK have a lot more staff and a lot less members. All funded for by participants/members.

Question? What on gods earth are all these extra staff doing (which we are fundung through increased costs) if we have less license holders?

Ah, but it's all to help ensure we still have "grass roots" motorsport in the UK.
Methinks my interpretation of grass roots (i.e. those who pay for their own motorsport) & theirs is a little different.
