History of the 750 Formula

Postby Andrew Gent » Sat Dec 15, 2007 7:56 pm

For anyone out there that is interested in the history of our Formula, go to the link below to find 3 documents, each one covering the years the Austin, Reliant and Fiat engines were used.
PS. These are the same docs that were available on the old website.

Hi Andrew,
It seems that the Geocities site has gone over its allocated transfer amount.
I will have another go with it tommorow but if the files are less than 10mB can you email them?
I could do with making a 750 Formula CD to take with me to folks at time like Christmas.
You seem to always end up talking for ages to someone who appears to have great interest and then they say 'So it is a bit like a Ferrari then' or even worse 'my mate has one with bling chrome tail lights'
There is always a computer about to pop a cd in nowadays.

Thanks for those Andrew! I managed to get two of them before having the same problem as Rob, and I can imagine quite a demand as they are very good. I'm happy to host them if you want to mail them to me (abfd103 (at) soton (dot) ac (dot) uk) :)
Food costs can be saved by finishing ahead of Andrew and getting to the sponsors buffet first

I think you must have all been trying to access these together, there's never been a problem before.
Just let me know in a couple of days whether you are still having problems, if so, I'll email them on.

There does appear to be a little tech. glitch, but you can get access from this link: http://uk.geocities.com/teslock@btinternet.com/750_Formula/History/2003_Today_The_Fiat_Years.doc

Just downloaded this doc again, and it seems fine now! Grrrr....

As an alternative, if anybody wants to host these 3 docs (just over a Meg each), then please let me know and I will email them to you.
