Is it possible to rotate the rack to raise the column a bit?
The cooling outlet is small. I would suggest the same surface area as the radiator as an absolute minimum, and it needs ducting as you say. I tried a slot in the top like that and it did not work at all. Can further outlets be made into the front wheel area?
