Inlet Manifold

Postby Dave Robson » Fri Feb 19, 2021 3:43 pm

During the lock-down I've had to find things to keep myself occupied. I've found the Prusa 3D printer an excellent distraction from the outside world and have managed to conjurer up lots of things that I didn't realize that I needed to print! I ended up printing patterns for a Dellorto / FIAT inlet manifold. This took a mere 70 hours of print time since a core mould was also to be printed. Well, it kept me off the streets and the casting process was quite absorbing too. Here are a few photos of the finished product. I can't wait to get it on a rolling road to prove how good it is!!!
